By accessing and using Anubandh (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by HostingSpell LLP.

2. Description of Service

Anubandh is a comprehensive Business Management ERP system providing tools for HRM, CRM, Inventory, POS, Invoicing, and Practice Management.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. HostingSpell LLP claims no ownership over the data you input into the system.

5. Limitation of Liability

HostingSpell LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
